Become a Marketplace Vendor
We are now accepting applications for 2019 Marketplace Vendors at Festival of Trees!

10'x10' Vendor Booth - $175.00 (Inside the Festival; Maximum of 2 workers at any given time)
4'x8' Vendor Booth - $100.00 (Inside the Festival; Maximum of 1 worker at any given time)
We have a limited amount of space, and if accepted, your vending location assignment will be the sole direction of JLSB. Vendors will be notified of acceptance on or before November 3, 2019.
Please Note: tents, tables, and electrical access MUST be provided by the vendor and MUST fit within the designated vendor space. All vendor locations will be inside the community center.

Once application accepted, fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Payment will not be processed until vendor is notified. If not selected, check will be returned.
Vendor is responsible for staffing their booth during the entire event.
The tentative vendor schedule is as follows:
Friday, November 22
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Vendor set-up
Saturday, November 23
7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. | Vendor set-up
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Marketplace open
5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. | Vendor clean-up (break down will not begin until after 5:00 p.m.)
