ASPARAGUS CHICKEN: An all white meat chicken breast, lightly breaded and filled with asparagus and cheddar cheese.
MOTHERS' GARDEN SALAD: Fresh tomatoes, English cucumber, bell pepper, carrots and seasoned croutons tossed on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce. Choice of Balsamic or Ranch dressing.
TOMATO-FLORENTINE SOUP: Sweet tomato-basil soup with fresh steamed spinach, Italian seasoning and tiny orzo pasta. Served with crackers and parmesan cheese.
CREAMY WILD RICE SOUP: Deliciously smooth and creamy, and loaded with vegetables and hearty long-grain wild rice.

TUNA SALAD WRAP: Dr. Javas' Tuna salad with our lemon-dill dressing with a hint of honey and light mayo, wrapped in a flour tortilla with lettuce, spinach and a hard boiled egg.

Stock the Bar for the Holiday Party!
The Holiday Party will be December 10th this year, and we’re going to be hosting our own OPEN beer and wine bar at it! To save on cost, each member should sign up to bring (at least) one item. Think approximately $10 per item. All items must be brought either to the October GMM or to the November FOT GMM so that we can see what is left to buy/fill in. Click here for the sign up list.
